I was a Corporal in the Marine Corps and served 27 months in Iraq 2002-2005. I served as a Platoon Sergeant for a Personal Security Detachment in Fallujah. I was awarded the Purple Heart Medal and a NAM for combat action in April of 2004. I received an Honorable Discharge with disability for my injuries received in Iraq.
