Can out-of-state medical marijuana patients become a TX medical marijuana patient?

Unfortunately, out-of-state medical marijuana patients cannot become TX medical marijuana patients because in order to be entered into the Compassionate Use Registry of  Texas, you must be a resident of Texas with a Texas Driver's License or ID.

Can out-of-state medical marijuana patients be under the care of TXMMD?

YES! If you are a current medical marijuana patient in a state that is not Texas and want to use your medicine with your mind at ease as you stay/travel through Texas, TXMMD can put you under our care!

We will need a copy of your medical marijuana prescription in the state you're in and we will verify these documents.

Can out-of-state medical marijuana patients use Texas Dispensaries?

Unfortunately, no. Because out-of-state patients will not be entered into the Compassionate Use Registry of Texas, they cannot use Texas dispensaries.
